Please fill out this form to be considered for the W. H. Over Museum’s Annual Christmas Festival. The event will take place on Sunday, December 7th, 2025 from 1PM- 4:30PM. Our fee for participation is $25 per table space and we can provide up to 2 tables per vendor; the fee remains the same should you choose to provide your own table/s. Also, if you have any specific request, please note them on the bottom of the form under comments and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes. The deadline for filling out this form is November 1st.
